Our newest addition to the family, Flour Eggs Water is opening next Thursday September 22 at the Tramsheds following a massive $34 million makeover to the once neglected Rozelle Tram Depot on the edge of Harold Park.

We have been truly passionate about this project for some time now and are beyond excited to have a presence in the inner west.  We will be joining top end providores and restaurants and this will become your next one stop shop for food education, ethical shopping and seriously good food. 

So our name… Flour Eggs Water. Three simple ingredients which when combined can be transformed into one of life’s simplest and most satisfying pleasures – pasta – what we love and know best. 

We have created a space for the community to get together – to watch as we experiment, educate, research, develop and share our knowledge with locals and visitors. This is all about sharing what we do – our true passion, our life.  

We invite you to come and be seduced by the simplicity and honesty of our  changing menu knowing that we are committed to working closely with our providores so that we are using the best the season has to offer.

Come and sit at the bar and be seduced by the theatre of our open kitchen, watch our Pastaio spin his magic in the daily ritual of making fresh pasta or enjoy a glass of local organic wine on tap. At the Tramsheds there should be no stress.. lets take a step back.. to where it all began… 

Come and celebrate the art and craft of fresh hand made and extruded pasta.
